The award-winning Pembroke Patisserie is based in Albert Town, a 5-minute drive from the Wanaka central business district. We create a range of classic patisserie offerings, including our now-famous pastries, doughnuts and savouries as well as freshly made sandwiches complimented by handmade chocolates and fresh breads. We operate 7 days a week with rostered hours between 5am-5pm.
We currently have an opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join our team and assist the Owner in the bakery with management and general kitchen duties including preparation, mixing and baking ingredients to produce breads, rolls, biscuits, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods of high quality and standard.
As a renowned producer of quintessential French pastries, you will be an integral team member who enjoys developing product offerings and, will have a passion for high quality customer service and mouth-watering delights.
