With more than 20 years cooking and hospitality experience throughout the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Matt and Kirsty are the team behind Pembroke Patisserie. We have brought our passion for baking and desserts to life! For the last five years Pembroke Patisserie has grown from quite literally a backyard operation to become a household name in Wanaka known for the best pastries and desserts in town.
