We specialise in classic French patisserie with a modern Kiwi twist, and we’re world famous in Wanaka for our custard squares, doughnuts, pies and almond croissants.
Pick up your freshly baked baguette and barista made coffee or sit in with the morning paper and your choice of treat on the side. We love creating new and exciting treats using the finest seasonal ingredients available to us in Central Otago.
You can find us at 20 Alison Ave, Albert Town – just a five minute drive from Wanaka.

From humble beginnings, Pembroke Patisserie has grown from a part-time venture baking and selling pastries to cafes and at the local market to opening a dedicated patisserie in Albert Town, Wanaka.
With more than 20 years cooking and hospitality experience throughout the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Matt and Kirsty are the team behind Pembroke Patisserie. We have brought our passion for baking and desserts to life! For the last five years Pembroke Patisserie has grown from quite literally a backyard operation to become a household name in Wanaka known for the best pastries and desserts in town. We are very proud to present the culmination of this hard work and experience and welcome you to our beautiful new patisserie open 7 days a week.
