Our techniques are based in traditional French pâtisserie and we are constantly inspired by our picturesque Wānaka setting, a location like no other. We combine our skills with the very best ingredients, like real butter, local herbs, and seasonal Central Otago produce to create daily baking that is fresh, modern and above all else: delicious.
