A delicate biscuit with a toasty oat flavour, a buttery texture and a hint of sweetness. The original oatcake recipe was from Scotland which has been refined so as to complement the Kiwi tradition of eating cheese with biscuits.
Our oatcakes will be right at home on your next cheeseboard and are matched especially well with blue cheese. Enjoy them with any of your favourite cheeses, drizzled with your best local honey or topped with your yummiest chutney for a perfect snack.
