Made with our buttery flaky croissant pastry and topped with crème pâtissière and Augustine of Central’s delicious bottled sun drop apricots. A taste of Central Otago.





Care Instructions:
Store in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, until warmed through. Do not freeze.

Contactless home delivery orders are available in Wanaka, Hawea & Luggate only.

Deliveries are made on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Orders for Wednesday delivery must be made by 4pm Monday.
Orders for Saturday delivery must be made by 4pm Thursday.

Orders received after the cut off time will be processed for the next available delivery day

We will aim for delivery before 12pm.
