Cancellation Policy
Orders are taken on a first in first served basis and bookings can fill up fast. If you cancel your order in the production line, your order has taken a place in the production line that could have gone to
another customer, which means we miss out on both orders.
- Cancellation of order with more than 7 days’ notice may receive a full refund.
- Cancellation of order with more than 48 hours’ notice may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. This is
because we need to order ingredients or prepare components in advance which means there
has already been ingredients and labour invested in your order.
- Should we be unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you by phone or email
as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.
We want you to be completely happy with anything you purchase from Pembroke Patisserie.
If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, refunds requested due to quality of flavour will only
be determined at the discretion of our head chef and based upon returned items. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund on items that have been consumed.
Allergen Information
We proudly use high-quality, fresh ingredients and traditional baking methods.
Our kitchen uses and handles common allergens including milk, egg, wheat, soy, peanut, tree nuts (e.g. almond,
hazelnut), fish, seafood (including crustacea and mollusc), and sesame.
Although some items are made without wheat flour, we do not operate in a gluten-free environment. Gluten-containing cereals (wheat, barley, oats, rye) may be present.
We do not offer allergen-free or allergy-friendly products. All items are prepared in a shared kitchen where cross-contact with allergens is possible. This includes the use of soy lecithin in non-stick baking spray.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak with us before placing an order. We are happy to provide ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
