11 Nov Yummy New Items For The Sunday Market
Matt has been working hard in the Kitchen and has come up with some tasty new recipes for the Sunday Craft Market!
The menu for the Sunday Market is a bit different than what we prepare for the Thursday Wanaka Farmers Market. For Sunday, we prepare food most suited for a brunch; with a few more savoury & substantial items as well as traditional breakfast pastries like croissants and pain au chocolat. There are even some delicious ham & cheese croissants!
Brand new to the menu are our Morrocan lamb rolls and Lamb Pasties.
The lamb for both of these items is local Cardrona Merino mountain bred lamb, sourced from the Wanaka Farmers Market!
The Morrocan lamb rolls are seasoned with traditional Morrocan spices such as cumin, coriander and ginger. The Lamb Pasties are a delicious Kiwi take on an English classic.
So start your Sunday morning off right and come and visit us at Pembroke Park from 10am-2pm.
