A little while ago we were delighted to hear that Allyson Gofton had developed a recipe using our Gingerbread Biscuits!
She created the ‘Pembroke Ginger Log’ by revamping the classic 70s dessert where biscuits are dipped in a liquid of your choosing, then sandwiched together with whipped cream.
Allyson really took it up a notch, dipping the Gingerbread Biscuits in Stone’s Green Ginger Wine, before joining together with sweetened whipped cream and covered in shavings of fudge and chocolate!
