28 Feb We’ve Been Making The Most of the Summer Fruits
Here at Pembroke Patisserie we’ve definitely been making the most of the abundance of the season.
Central Otago is renowned for its summer fruits and we love creating tasty treats using as much of the local produce we can find. On the menu recently we’ve had fancy fig, caramelized onion and goats cheese Danishes, deliciously juicy nectarine tarts and amazing apricot and ginger tarts.
